Pineapple Women’s mission is to ensure that all young women — especially Latinx and other underrepresented voices — can recognize their own value, share their stories, and step into the future with confidence.
VIRTUAL LIBRARY
An online library of stories that celebrate women role models, sharing their journeys from childhood to their current careers. This growing collection offers accessible inspiration and practical examples for youth exploring their own pathways.
EMPOWER (FLAGSHIP)
A signature 14-week program for young women and gender-expansive youth to discover their voice, explore their identity, and share their stories through a personal website. Participants interview role models, connect with mentors, and build leadership and digital skills—gaining the tools, confidence, and networks to shape their futures.
TALKS
Live, youth-led conversations with Latina and allied role models that build communication skills, amplify youth voices, and create authentic connections. Participants practice public speaking and interviewing while also sharing their own perspectives—making each Talk a dialogue rather than just an interview.
